
Majority of our sales are done through custom butchering. This sales method helps us focus on farming and keeps the butchering and packing costs down. Please fill out the order form to place your order for a 1/2 a hog or whole hog. NEW FOR 2025 -we have a new butcher and all cutting instructions will be done directly through them.
*All prices and weights are based on hanging weight, and include cutting, wrapping and freezing. Take-home weights are approximately 30-40% less than the hanging weight due to trimming and deboning.

Orders are taken along with a deposit to help defray production costs and guarantee your order. All pork comes to you frozen.

We try to aim for 110 lbs per side hanging weight but there can be A LOT of variation, so it's good to specify your preference for a smaller or larger hog - we'll then do our best to match the carcasses to your request. A 110 lb hanging weight side usually comes to about 70 to 80 lbs of meat cut and wrapped, depending a bit on the cutting options chosen.
The week your hog is booked for I will send an email reminding you to call the butcher and give your cutting instructions by phone. Pork will be ready to pick up approx two weeks after the date it was booked for.
Once you submit this form you will receive an emailed invoice asking for a deposit. Orders will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits can be made via e-transfer m.thomas@perryscornersfarm.ca or drop off/mail cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Megan Thomas. Deposits are considered a commitment to purchase and are nonrefundable.
Pick-up takes place at Perry's Corners Farm . If you can not make it during the appointed pick-up time, we will make alternate arrangements on a case by case basis.
